About Judge Ginocchio
Jackie Ginocchio serves as Judge on Hamilton County Municipal Court, representing the 7th District. Jackie presides over misdemeanor criminal matters and civil matters involving disputes of $15,000 or less.
Prior to becoming a judge Jackie was a Hamilton County assistant prosecuting attorney. As a prosecutor, Jackie tried hundreds of cases in both municipal court and common pleas court. Jackie prosecuted some of the offices most serious cases, including capital cases, sex crimes and murders.
Jackie is a lifelong Cincinnati resident. Jackie attended Indiana University for undergrad and Ohio Northern University for law school.
