  • Please note that this information applies only to the Court of Common Pleas General Division. For help regarding a municipal case, you can visit the Help Center or the Self- Help Center for a domestic relations matter.
  • Court Staff cannot provide legal advice
  • Court staff cannot discuss your case without the opposing side present as that would be an ex parte communication.
  • Keep updated contact information with the Hamilton County Clerk of Courts so the Courtroom can contact you, if needed.  File a notification form.
  • You may represent yourself; however, you are expected to have knowledge of the law and legal procedure.  A self-represented litigant is subject to the same standards as those represented by an attorney. Fontain v. Sandhu, 2021-Ohio-2750, ¶ 13 (1st Dist.).
