AMENDMENTS TO THE MUNICIPAL COURT LOCAL CIVIL RULES Comments Requested:
The Hamilton County Municipal Court will accept comments until April 7, 2026, on the following proposed amendments to the Local Civil Rules of the Hamilton County Municipal Court.
Comments on the proposed amendments should be submitted in writing to Andrew Gillen, Municipal Court Administrator, 1000 Main St. Room 205, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202, or agillen@cms.hamilton-co.org not later than April 7, 2026. Please include your full name and mailing address in any comments submitted by email.
