Criminal Cases
If you have an attorney, check with your attorney about when and where you should appear.
Check your ticket, citation, subpoena or any paperwork you were given to see when and where to appear.
You can get information on when and where a case will be heard from the following sources:

- Call the Municipal Court Assignment Commissioner's office at (513) 946-6250, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, weekdays.
- Visit the Assignment Commissioner's office in room 117 of the Justice Center, 1000 Sycamore St., Cincinnati, Ohio or room 255 of the Courthouse, 1000 Main St., between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, weekdays.
- Call the Clerk of Courts office at (513) 946-6010, 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
Civil Cases
If you have an attorney, check with your attorney about when and where you should appear.
Check your subpoena or any paperwork you were given to see when and where to appear.
You can get information on when and where a case will be heard from the following sources:

Kiosk Computer Help Stations
These public, touch screen computers allow access to the criminal and civil case schedules for the next seven days for both Municipal and Common Pleas courts in Hamilton County. These kiosks are located near the elevators at either end of the main entrance of the Courthouse and outside of Room 255 in the Courthouse.
