AMENDMENTS TO THE MUNICIPAL COURT LOCAL RULES
The Hamilton County Municipal Court will accept comments until August 26, 2026, on the following proposed amendments to the Local Rules of the Hamilton County Municipal Court. Comments on the proposed amendments should be submitted in writing to Andrew Gillen, Municipal Court Administrator, 1000 Main St. Room 205, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202, or agillen@cms.hamilton-co.org not later than August 26, 2026.
