Work Statements
Work statements are available upon request. Please use the link below to email the Jury Commission Office to request a work statement. Work Statements can be mailed, emailed, or faxed. Please make sure to include in your request: Your Name, Your 7 Digit Juror Number, and your preferred method of receipt.
You can now also print your own work statement from home, school, or work after your jury service begins via our Juror Web Portal. Each day you appear in person and are given credit for attendance the Work Statement tab in the Juror Web Portal will be updated. See the link below for the Juror Web Portal.
