Hamilton County Court Administration

Court Administration is responsible for facilitating the non-judicial operations of the court under the guidance of the Presiding and Administrative Judge. These administrative duties include budget and fiscal management, caseflow management, personnel management, and jury management. Administration also ensures compliance with applicable state laws and the Rules of Superintendence for the Courts of Ohio as  promulgated by the Supreme Court and assuring open access to everyone to resolve criminal and civil disputes timely, fairly, and impartially.
