Work statements are available upon request. \u00a0Please use the link below to email the Jury Commission Office to request a work statement. \u00a0Work Statements can be mailed, emailed, or faxed. \u00a0Please make sure to include in your request: \u00a0Your Name, Your 7 Digit Juror Number, and your preferred method of receipt.<\/p>\n

You can now also print your own work statement from home, school, or work after your jury service begins via our Juror Web Portal.\u00a0 Each day you appear in person and are given credit for attendance the Work Statement tab in the Juror Web Portal will be updated.\u00a0 See the link below for the Juror Web Portal.<\/p>\n
