Local Rule 3. COURT APPOINTMENTS-(SUP. R. 8)<\/a><\/h2>\n

3.01\u00a0 Reserved.<\/p>\n

3.03\u00a0 Special Process Servers- See Civil Rule XXV<\/a><\/p>\n

3.04\u00a0 The Community Diagnostic and Treatment Center (Court Clinic ) shall be the official agency for the court for the determination of mental competence and treatment issues that come before the court. However, where appropriate, the court may designate other agencies or medical personnel to perform such evaluations.<\/p>\n

3.05\u00a0 All persons or agencies who wish to be appointed by the court must submit a request in writing setting forth all qualifications and monetary requirements based upon the courts needs as provided. The Court shall review annually, all appointments and make adjustments and changes as needed.<\/p>\n

3.06\u00a0 For good cause shown the court may, by separate entry appoint other agencies or persons to fulfill the needs of the court.<\/p>\n

Local Rule 4. COURT SECURITY PLAN - (SUP. R. 9)<\/a><\/h2>\n

In as much as the Hamilton County Court House by law is controlled by the Court of Common Pleas, the Hamilton County Municipal Court does hereby adopt the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas Local Rule 33(C) Security Plan as published and filed with the Supreme Court of Ohio.<\/p>\n

Local Rule 5. RECORDING OF PROCEEDINGS- (SUP. R. 11)<\/a><\/h2>\n

5.01 AUDIO RECORDING<\/strong> - Recording of the proceedings of the following particular sessions shall be by audio tape, CD or other reliable electronic means of recording unless other means of recording are necessary and directed:<\/p>\n

Traffic Arraignment (City or County)
\nCriminal Arraignment \u2013 CITED CASES
\nArea Court Arraignment
\nJudgment Debtors & JD Citations
\nReplevins & Civil Matters & Civil
\nMatters referred to Magistrates Pursuant to Civil Rule 53<\/a>
\nEvictions
\nGarnishment & Garnishment Citations
\nSmall Claims
\nBMV Points Docket
\nCity of Cincinnati Traffic Dismissal Docket<\/em><\/p>\n

And any other matters that may be referred to magistrates by a judge of the court.
\nRecordings shall be maintained pursuant to SUP. R. 26.05<\/a> .<\/p>\n

5.02\u00a0 FACSIMILE TRANSMISSIONS<\/strong>
\nWhenever deemed necessary, the court may use Facsimile Transmitted documents in day-to-day operations of the Court.<\/p>\n

5.03\u00a0 STENOGRAPHIC RECORDING<\/strong><\/p>\n

Judges of the Court whose rooms are not equipped with digital recording systems shall be assigned a court reporter by the Chief Court Reporter of the Court of Common Pleas, who may request advice from the court. Court Reporters shall record all proceedings by stenographic means, unless otherwise directed by the court.<\/p>\n

Local Rule 6. MEDIA COVERAGE OF PROCEEDINGS<\/h2>\n

The Hamilton County Municipal Court does hereby adopt the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas Local Rule 30, Media Coverage of Proceedings, as published and filed with the Supreme Court of Ohio.
