Scam Warning: Scammers are actively impersonating personnel of the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office, Electronic Monitoring Unit and\/or the Clerk of Courts, to call families of incarcerated individuals, claiming a fee is needed for immediate release via an electronic GPS ankle monitor. These fraudulent calls use spoofed numbers and often publicly available arrest records, demanding quick, non-traceable payments through Zelle, Venmo or Cash App. Hamilton County will never require payment of a fee for electronic monitoring services prior to release from the Justice Center. If you have received one of these suspicious phone calls, please contact the Electronic Monitoring Unit (EMU) at 513-946-9800<\/a> to verify the information.<\/span><\/p>\n
