How to Pay:

  • In Person - Payments made in person are accepted from 8AM to 8PM Monday through Friday only in Room 112 at the Hamilton County Justice Center located at 9th and Sycamore Streets in downtown
  • By Mail - You may pay your fines and costs with a check or money order made out to the Hamilton County Clerk of Courts

Probation Payments

Fines and Other Amounts Paid Through Probation. If you are paying through probation, all fines, costs and fees must be paid by mail, in person, or online to the Hamilton County Probation Dept., 800 Broadway, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202. The Probation Dept. cashier may be reached by calling (513) 946-9600, between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday thru Friday. Questions should be addressed to your probation officer.
